Todd Real Estate Solutions Inc. fulfilled the duties as general contractor and designer to deliver it's first custom home project in Utah. With the team relocating to the state, Todd RES looks to complete many more successful projects along the Wasatch Back.

This project was completed in November 2025, making it a 15 month construction timeline!
