Todd Real Estate Solutions (Todd RES) is a Utah-based general contractor, construction management, and real estate development company specializing in luxury custom homes, commercial construction, development services, and investment opportunities throughout Utah and the Wasatch Back.
We bring together construction expertise, real estate experience, and disciplined project management to help clients navigate complex projects from initial concept and preconstruction through completion. Our approach is built around transparency, accountability, communication, and attention to detail, giving our clients confidence at every stage of the process.

Our team works closely with owners, architects, designers, engineers, developers, and consultants to establish realistic budgets, develop procurement strategies, coordinate project teams, and manage construction with a focus on quality, schedule, and cost control. OUR TEAM
Jim Todd
President
Jim serves Todd Real Estate Solutions, Inc. as its President supported by a resume of successfully managing every project type from ‘houses to high rises’ as he likes to say. Having been a Chief Operations Officer for over a quarter century growing another real estate development company, he sold his interests in 2016 and founded his namesake enterprise.
Over his career, Jim has owned, developed, and constructed a wide variety of commercial projects throughout the West with national retailers including Lowe’s, Starbucks, Tractor Supply Co., and McDonald’s; medical clinics and professional offices for various users including several facilities for the Department of Veterans Affairs and convalescent care providers; master planned communities and subdivisions; and an assortment of other special purpose uses ranging from ARCO am/pm gas stations with British Petroleum, Regal theaters, high tech manufacturing, and aircraft hangars to name a few.
Jim has served his community in a number of different capacities throughout his career including as past President, and Director for over 20 years of his region’s Building Industry Association, participated on governmental advisory committees as an affordable housing advocate, worked with Habitat for Humanity to support fundraising and construction, and enjoyed his greatest pleasure as a Little League baseball coach for many years.
Jim is also a LEED Accredited Professional with an extensive background in ‘Green Building’ practices and project certification. Prior to entering industry, he earned a degree in Construction Management from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo.
When Jim is not adding value to his work associations, he has a passion for his family, water skiing, snow skiing, and golf. He has been a private pilot for most of his adult life and is a PADI certified diver where the water is warmer.
Connor Todd
Vice President
Connor serves as Vice President of Todd Real Estate Solutions, Inc. and brings with him a broad background combined with a passion for growth and longevity. After supporting projects from retail, industrial, education, and critical infrastructure, Connor was ready to join in the challenge of growing the family business. Since joining Todd Real Estate Solutions in 2020, Connor has been involved in project design, feasibility, contracts, construction management, subcontractor relationships, and execution.
Connor holds a degree from Cal Poly Pomona in Construction Engineering with a Real Estate Minor. His experience as a college baseball player has accelerated his team building abilities and exposed him to many markets around the West Coast. When away from the office, Connor enjoys snow skiing, water skiing, golfing, and spending time with friends and family.
