Todd Real Estate Solutions Inc. fulfilled the duties as developer and general contractor to deliver an ARCO am/pm station operated by Todd Energy Corporation. This built to suit infill project includes a 2.2-acre site, 16 fuel pumps, a short tunnel car wash, and a 3,160 square foot am/pm convenience store.
